We have multiple shipping times listed on products from 'Ready to Ship' to 15 days and we also procure many products from our partners to provide multiple traditional styles and designs to our customers. Once the products pass our quality check process, the order will be shipped within 1 business day.
Anything that is under the 'Ready to Ship' Tab will be shipped in 1-3 Working days.
Our normal time on Stitching and Customization is 10 Days - Expedited customization and Shipping available with Extra Charge. We have options on the product page if you want to expedite the stitching process and ship faster than the normal time.
We have provided the Delivery time along with every product on the website. We try our best to deliver early as possible so most of the time it will reach earlier than stated times. However, if a product fails the quality check, it may be delayed. Sometimes customs clearance procedures delay the shipment beyond our original delivery estimates stated on the website.
The Customer is responsible for the Custom duty, import duties, taxes, clearance charges ETC… depending upon the laws of the recipient’s country by custom authorities of the country on the import of goods. Most of the time custom duty is charged on the basis of the value of the goods, their weight, dimension, or any other criteria specific to the product.
Whenever any purchased product crosses the international border, it is subject to custom duty charges implied by the importing countries' rules and regulations. We as a seller don't have control over charges like customs duty, VAT, clearance charges ETC... All these are being determined by the local government.
As soon as we create the shipment, the Tracking number will be emailed to you. We will provide the Active Tracking link by E-mail to track shipment at the carrier's (UPS/FEDEX/DHL) website. Usually tracking numbers takes 24-48 hours to be active after dispatching the package. If it is not showing the tracking details after 48 Hours - Please contact us at email@example.com.
Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. If your parcel is undeliverable because of Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery Attempts or Refused by Recipient; the package is typically returned to us by the carrier as an undeliverable package, where we didn't have any mistake done from our side, we will charge $20 Shipping charge when we ship again after correcting the issue. If you request a refund after a failed delivery attempt due to a mistake not done from our side, we will charge you $20 and refund the remaining balance to you.
